Terms

Plain terms for a free service: no account, no fees, and no claim on anything of yours.

Use of the site

Global Clock is free to use for any purpose, personal or commercial. You may link to any page, quote from it with attribution, and embed the clock strip described on the embed page. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others; the underlying data is public and is better taken from its sources, which the Method page names.

Accuracy

Offsets and daylight saving rules come from the IANA time zone database and are as accurate as that database is. Future dates are predictions under today’s rules, and governments change those rules with little notice. Nothing here is a substitute for an authoritative source where the consequences matter — a flight, a contract deadline, a court filing.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.

Advertising and privacy

The site carries display advertising subject to your consent. What is stored, by whom and for how long is set out in Privacy.

Changes

These terms may change; the current version is always the one on this page. Questions to contact@global-clock.com.
