AUTO follows the operating system. Working hours drive the green banding on every grid. All four persist on this device only.

Time zones by region

Every zone we track, grouped two ways: by the part of the world it is in, and by its distance from UTC. Pick a region for its offset columns and city list.

By region

The same list by UTC offset

Useful when you know the offset but not the place — reading a log, a flight time or a contract. Half-hour and quarter-hour offsets are included; they are ordinary.

One offset is not one zone. UTC+2 in August covers Berlin, Cairo and Johannesburg, but only Berlin will change in October. Offset pages list the zones sharing that offset today; region pages hold the rules.

Convert between zone abbreviations

People write EST and CET even though the letters are not identifiers. Each converter names the zone the letters are anchored on, gives the gap in force today, and the hours that overlap for a meeting.

Every combination has a page: each converter links the rest of its family, and the reverse direction is one click away.

What lives where

This page is an index and nothing more. Offset columns, working-hour advice and city lists sit on the region pages; live clocks sit on city pages; changeover dates sit on the daylight saving page. If UTC+5:30 or CST looks arbitrary, read how offsets work first.
